Summer Camp

Tender Years Learning CenterTender Years Fun Camps are packed each day with hands-on discoveries and adventures for preschool aged children (35 years and includes children starting kindergarten in September). Summer fun camps will take your child on an exploration of forests, ponds, meadows, animals, insects and much, much more. We will learn about the world around us in many different ways. We will go on nature walks, make theme related arts and crafts, sing songs, join in movement activities and most of all we will have tons of FUN!!!

Come experience summer fun and the joy of learning at Tender Years Fun Camps. At Tender Years your child will have memorable summer camp fun in a small, safe and nurturing environment. Your child will be immersed in rich learning experiences through the use of weekly thematic studies. Each of our Fun Camp sessions will provide new and varied activities designed to inspire your child to explore, create and interact with the exciting world around him. Daily activities will be prepared for both inside and outside.

These activities may include but are not limited to:

• Easel & finger painting

• Sensory experiences

• Drawing & cutting

• Cooking

• Stories

• Science experiments

• Fingerplays

• Water & sand play

• Outdoor play

• Puzzles & Beads

• Building blocks

 

Each day, campers bring a brown bag lunch including a morning and afternoon snack. Milk and juice are provided each day. Campers should also bring a labeled water bottle and sunscreen. Each day we will have an opportunity to engage in some kind of water play so please also bring a towel and bathing suit and a change of clothes just in case it is needed.
